Nava advises lenders on acquisition, asset, construction, debtor and real estate finance transactions, with a focus on clear structuring, efficient execution and commercially grounded risk allocation.
He brings experience from both private practice and in-house roles, allowing him to approach transactions with a strong understanding of lender operations and commercial constraints. His work is characterised by disciplined documentation, product structuring and development, practical advice, and close alignment with each client’s objectives and risk appetite.
Representative work:
Advising a national private lender on the development and expansion of its product range, including preparation of product guides and bespoke loan and security documentation
Advising lenders on the implementation of electronic signing across lending programs, supporting the expansion of the lender’s loan book
Acting on debtor and asset-based finance arrangements, delivering clear, enforceable documentation aligned with commercial priorities
